I review your pricing structure, segment your clients, and build the strategy: which services to increase, by how much, in what order, and how to frame the rationale. The financial modelling shows you the revenue impact before you commit to anything.

Review and refine together
A second session to walk through the strategy and the draft communications together. We refine both until you’re confident in them, the wording, the tone, the positioning. Nothing goes out until it sounds like you and feels right.

Handover and rollout support
You receive the full strategy document, finalised communications, and the annual review framework. I’m available during the initial rollout period for questions, pushback handling, and any adjustments needed as clients respond.
