Value Transformation Programme
Hands-on implementation that actually changes your business
For service businesses between £300k and £20m+ who are ready to stop competing on price and start commanding what their expertise is worth.
You Already Know What Needs to Change
You’ve probably been told before that you need to charge more. Position better. Communicate your value more clearly. Maybe you’ve hired a business coach who said the same things.
The advice isn’t wrong. But knowing what to do and actually doing it are very different things. Most consulting engagements end with a report and some recommendations. Then you’re left to figure out how to implement them on your own, while still running the business.
The report goes in a drawer. The price increase never happens. The proposals stay the same. And twelve months later, nothing has changed except you’re more tired and your margins are thinner.
That’s the gap this programme is designed to fill.
Implementation, Not Just Advice
A Transformation Programme is not a consulting engagement where I hand you a report and wish you luck. I work alongside you for three months, building the actual materials your business needs.
Coaching
Nudging where it’s needed, challenging assumptions, and guiding you through the difficult decisions that come with genuine business change.
Mentoring
Developing your skills and confidence so you can maintain momentum long after the project ends. Building capability, not dependency.
Consulting
Doing the work with you and for you where it matters most. The pitch decks, the pricing communications, the proposal templates, the financial models.
This combination is what clients consistently say makes the biggest difference. Not being told to “charge more” but having someone actually help make it happen.
What Changes For Your Business
Every project is different, but these are the outcomes that transformation clients typically see within three months.
Premium Positioning
Clear differentiation that separates you from commodity competitors. Your prospects understand why you’re different before you even get to pricing.
Pricing Transformation
A clear pricing strategy with all the customer communications written and tested. Annual review mechanisms built in so you never fall behind again.
Service Repackaging
Services repositioned around outcomes your customers actually care about. You stop selling a list of deliverables and start selling the results you create.
Proposals That Win
Proposal templates redesigned to sell the meal, not the ingredients. Presentations that focus on the outcomes your client will achieve, not a checklist of services.
Client Acquisition
A systematic approach to winning new business that works alongside your referral network. Clear ideal client criteria, scoring frameworks, and outreach strategies.
Sustainable Growth
Everything implemented is designed to last. Annual pricing reviews, client scoring systems, and positioning that continues to differentiate you well beyond the project.

Hear From Past Clients
Victoria Sedgley, Netserve
Kyle Sharland, Oh-Tech
I engaged with Justin late November 2025 as we needed some assistance with pivoting our business, we were competing in a commoditised market where we found ourselves racing to the bottom on projects.
His guidance and support uncovered various opportunities that meant we now compete in a market of one and set our own prices. His insight has been invaluable, highly recommend.

How It Works
A structured process designed to deliver measurable results, not just recommendations.
Step 1: Discovery Call
A conversation to understand your business, your challenges, and whether this is the right fit for both of us. No pressure, no obligation.
Step 2: Value Assessment
A comprehensive business diagnostic that identifies exactly where the opportunities are. This forms the blueprint for everything that follows.
Step 3: Implementation
Three months of hands-on work together. Regular sessions, materials built between calls, everything developed collaboratively so it fits your business perfectly.
Step 4: Ongoing Support
Option to continue with a retained advisory service for ongoing strategic support, proposal reviews, annual pricing work, and course access.
Is This Right For You?
This Is Built For You If…
✔ You run a service business with revenue between £300k and £4m
✔ You’re technically excellent at what you do but struggle to articulate your value
✔ You know you’re undercharging but are nervous about losing clients if you raise prices
✔ You’ve grown through referrals but have no systematic way to win new business
✔ You’re tired of being compared to cheaper competitors who do worse work

This Probably Isn’t For You If…
✕ Your revenue is below £200k (the investment won’t make commercial sense yet)
✕ You’re in crisis mode and need a quick fix rather than a transformation
✕ You want tactics without being willing to change your pricing or positioning
✕ You’re looking for someone to just do it for you without your involvement
If you’re not sure whether you’re ready, the free assessment is a good place to start. It takes 5 minutes and will give you a clear picture of where your business stands.
Investment
Transformation Projects usually range from £7,000 to £15,000 + VAT. The exact investment depends on business size, complexity, and scope. Every project starts with a discovery call and a formal proposal so you know exactly what’s included before you commit.
Payment is structured monthly across the project, with invoicing at the start of each month.
Performance Guarantee
The final month’s payment is refundable if we don’t achieve the specific measurable goals established at the start of the project. I’ve never had to honour this, but it’s there because I stand behind the work.
Ready to Stop Competing on Price?
Book a discovery call to talk through where your business is now and whether a transformation project makes sense. No pitch, no pressure.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a typical transformation project take?
Most projects run for three months, with the Value Transformation Assessment taking two to three weeks before the implementation phase begins. Some larger or more complex businesses may benefit from a longer engagement.
Do I need to do the Value Transformation Assessment first?
Yes. The assessment identifies where the opportunities are and creates the blueprint for the implementation. It can be done as a standalone service or as the first phase of a full transformation project. Either way, the implementation needs a solid foundation.
What happens if my clients react badly to a price increase?
This is the most common concern, and it’s exactly why the implementation support matters. We plan every customer communication carefully, model the financial impact of different scenarios, and I support you through the conversations. The 97% retention rate across my clients shows that when it’s done properly, the vast majority of customers stay.
How much of my time will this require?
Expect roughly three sessions per month of 1.5 hours each, plus time between sessions for reviewing materials and providing input. I do as much of the heavy lifting as possible, but your involvement is essential because you know your business and your customers better than anyone.
What types of businesses do you typically work with?
Managed service providers, IT services companies, marketing agencies, web development firms, ISO consultants, and other professional service businesses. The common thread is businesses that are technically excellent but competing in a commoditised market where price has become the primary differentiator.
How is this different from working with a business coach?
A business coach will typically suggest changes and give you homework. I build the materials with you. When we develop a pricing strategy, I write the customer communications. When we redesign your proposals, I create the templates. When we plan a price increase, I model the financial impact and support you through the implementation. The work gets done, not just discussed.
